Position: Product Specialist (Account Executive) Adobe Data & Insights solutions

Location: Remote, (virtual home office, Major US city)

The Opportunity:

Are you seeking the next challenge in your sales career? Come join Adobe’s Digital Marketing Sales Team in the role of Data & Insights Product Specialist within our Financial Services vertical. Come work with strategic accounts selling cloud based advanced measurement, attribution, and data management solutions. The role involves a blend of new business development as well as the cross and up-selling of existing customers. We maintain an eco-system of professional sellers and customer success managers who engage in all aspects of the sales cycle; from qualification of opportunities, development of a market strategy, and coordination of all sales team resources, final negotiation and closing of business.

Ideally, we seek to source a candidate with a digital and SaaS background who has a consistent record in selling to large enterprises in the US. This position reports to the Sales Manager. This role will be based out of a home office.

What you’ll do

  • Initiate/own Account Plans, Pipeline development, Deal Progression, developing and managing a full sales cycle for All Adobe D&I Solutions. D&I Solutions include; Adobe Analytics (AA), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Mix Modeler (AMM) focusing specifically on Media and Entertainment companies.
  • Drive incremental revenue into new and existing accounts by leveraging relationships to secure new business.
  • Manage a book-of-business with established solutions and sales methodologies.
  • Partner with other resources to ensure customer success and adoption.

What you need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years' prior enterprise level outside software sales experience, preferably within web technology and/or digital marketing solutions. Plus a history of exceeding quota
  • Shown success in engaging with C-Level executives.
  • Able to identify, nurture and close deals in new areas.
  • Skilled Solution seller with consistent record to formulate customer-centric proposals.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated and focused.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $226,800 -- $373,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
