About This Opportunity:
At Docebo, we win in the enterprise segment by knowing our buyers and delivering campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. This role will lead marketing for our enterprise audience, ensuring every program is aligned to business outcomes.
You will own enterprise-focused campaigns from strategy to execution. You will partner closely with Sales to understand target accounts, create high-impact programs, and track results through the funnel. Success in this role is measured by pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue for enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Sales to identify priorities and align on targeting, timing, and messaging
- Use buyer insights and data to refine campaigns and improve performance
- Create programs that support all stages of the funnel from awareness to close
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign results with clear links to pipeline
- Test and adopt AI-driven marketing strategies to increase efficiency and personalization
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience focused on enterprise buyers, SaaS preferred
- Proven track record of delivering measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and decision-making processes
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Proficiency in using AI tools and technology for marketing innovation
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations
