The Role:
You’ll lead enterprise rollouts from kickoff through active delivery, working closely with Doxel’s world-class Sales and Customer Success team. The goal is to make our already fast deployment engine even faster. If you like seeing the impact of your work in days, not quarters, this is that kind of role.
This role is hands-on, detail-heavy, and built for autonomy. You’ll shape the foundation of our global implementation function and help define how it scales.
Success in this role will decrease customers’ time to value, increase their onboarding satisfaction, and set the stage for long term future growth with our new and existing customer base.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop a results based implementation ensure high satisfaction
• Set a scalable structure that reduces internal friction and speeds up product delivery
• Manage up to 15 concurrent customer onboardings at any given time
• Schedule and kick off calls and weekly status reports to customers
• Guide our customers to successful outcomes
• Request, arrange, validate, and prepare onboarding files to ensure timely on-boardings
• Liaise between department stakeholders to ensure alignment on all project statuses
• Document and drive systemic change internally to further decrease time to value
What You Bring to the Team:
• 3+ years in the software industry delivering implementation at scale
• Process and structure-driven, able to create flexible structure to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Meticulously organized with excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable with modern tools for managing and communicating with internal parties
• Proactive and self-motivated, you're a beacon of positivity and enthusiasm
• High aptitude and willingness to continually learn new technologies
• Adaptable to ever-evolving processes and strong personal initiative to execute
Preferred:
• A background or experience in commercial construction, engineering, and/or design is a huge plus.
• Comfortable with both Oracle P6 Schedules and BIM
