Job Summary:
The Enterprise Enablement, Analytics and Toolchain Integration Lead owns enterprise adoption, visibility, analytics, and AI-enabled tool use that support consistent, high-quality requirements delivery across federated teams. This role is not an AI-specific role; it requires strong AI literacy because the enablement environment includes native AI tools, including Nexus, along with BI dashboards, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and related delivery platforms. The role integrates standards, patterns, metrics, and governance gates into the working environments business analysts use every day, and builds dashboards, leading indicators, automation, and portfolio-level decision support that improve delivery predictability, reduce rework, strengthen adoption, and enable executive storytelling for business and technology leaders.
Essential Functions:
  • Design and maintain the federated BA enablement curriculum; curate content, certify capabilities, and establish standards for consistent enterprise requirements delivery without operating as a centralized training service
  • Own toolchain integration so federated BAs access standards, patterns, templates, governance gates, and enablement assets from within their working environments, including Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, NEXUS surfaces, BI dashboards, and AI platforms
  • Build, maintain, and mature dashboards for the four success metrics, including defining leading indicators, improving metric quality, and ensuring portfolio leaders use insights to drive decisions
  • Drive enterprise BA standards adoption measured through use in delivered artifacts, requirement quality, readiness, traceability, and reduced rework rather than downloads, page views, or passive engagement metrics
  • Surface trends to portfolio leadership, including where standards are working, where adoption is lagging, where rework is concentrated, and where intervention is needed to improve delivery outcomes
  • Apply AI-enabled and agentic tooling as part of daily enablement, analytics, and toolchain integration work, including dashboard narratives, executive communications, content development, requirement decomposition, synthesis, automation, and policy analysis
  • Lead enterprise enablement, adoption, and change management activities, including communities of practice, stakeholder engagement, curriculum adoption, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with enterprise governance, architecture, delivery, analytics, AI enablement, and business leaders to align standards, tooling, metrics, automation, and adoption strategies across portfolios
  • Partner with Enterprise Requirements Governance Lead, the Requirements Quality and Validation Lead, analytics, delivery, and technology stakeholders to align standards, validation frameworks, tooling, automation, AI-enabled evaluation capabilities, and adoption strategies across portfolios
  • Perform any other job related duties as requested.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, healthcare management, data analytics, or related field required
  • Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
  • Eight (8) years of experience in analytics, enablement, requirements management, enterprise tooling integration, delivery operations, portfolio management, or related disciplines within a healthcare or regulated environment required
  • Experience integrating and operationalizing Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, NEXUS surfaces, AI platforms, or similar enterprise delivery and requirements management tools required
  • Experience using AI/LLM tools, agentic tooling, automation, and data analytics platforms to improve enablement, content quality, workflow efficiency, decision support, and toolchain adoption required
  • Experience building decision-oriented dashboards, defining leading indicators, maturing success metrics, and communicating insights to portfolio or executive leadership required
  • Experience operating at enterprise or portfolio level preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, analytics, KPI development, reporting design, dashboard architecture, data quality, readiness metrics, and performance measurement
  • Data and reporting design fluency with the ability to build dashboards that drive decisions, define leading indicators, mature success metrics, and support portfolio-level decision-making
  • Strong toolchain integration capability; understands how to make CoE assets, standards, patterns, and gates accessible inside the working environments BAs actually use
  • Experience designing and integrating enterprise tooling ecosystems, including Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, NEXUS surfaces, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, AI platforms, analytics solutions, and related delivery technologies
  • Strong AI literacy with demonstrated use of AI-enabled tools to support analysis, dashboard narratives, executive communications, requirement decomposition, synthesis, policy analysis, automation, and continuous improvement within enterprise enablement and toolchain integration work
  • Ability to translate complex operational, delivery, and requirement data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, portfolio optimization, adoption interventions, and business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Agile, project, hybrid, bi-modal requirement lifecycle, Lean Portfolio Management, product, portfolio, and flow-based delivery practices
  • Change management and community engagement capability; able to grow a federated community of practice without allowing it to become a status forum
  • Comfort moving between technical integrations, analytics design, AI-enabled automation, stakeholder communication, and executive storytelling
  • Experience supporting traceability, governance, compliance, and audit-readiness practices in regulated environments
Licensure and Certification:
  • Power BI, analytics, Agile, Six Sigma, or AI/ML-focused certifications preferred
Working Conditions:
  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Travel is not typically required

Compensation Range:

$113,000.00 - $197,700.00

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
