What Is The Role:

We are seeking a Manager of Enterprise Reporting and Analytics to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team and advance how we deliver reporting and insights across the company. The EDA team’s mission is to ensure the availability, reliability, and usability of data at enterprise scale—driving how data is defined, governed, consumed, and delivered to enable smarter, faster business decisions.

This is a highly visible role within the CFO organization that will shape how leaders across organization use data to understand business performance and make critical strategic decisions.

This role is built for a hands-on leader who can balance technical acumen with business impact. You will support enterprise reporting and analytics for key external metrics such as customer penetration, net expansion, and solution adoption, ensuring they are accessible, trusted, and actionable. By focusing on diagnostic and predictive insights, you will help the business understand not only what is happening, but why—and what is likely to happen next.

As the Manager of Enterprise Reporting and Analytics, you will be responsible for working closely with FP&A, Business Planning, and cross-functional analytics teams to scope business needs, translate them into analytical frameworks, and deliver actionable insights and predictive analytics that drive strategic outcomes at the enterprise level.

What You Will be Doing
  • Drive alignment across Finance (FP&A, Business Planning), RevOps, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure consistency and standardization in how enterprise reporting and analytics are defined, delivered, and consumed
  • Design and manage end-to-end data flows, process maps, and reporting frameworks that make insights accessible, consistent, and trusted across the enterprise
  • Evaluate, scope, and prioritize enterprise analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with CFO organization priorities and the broader company strategy
  • Go beyond descriptive reporting to deliver diagnostic and predictive insights, with a particular focus on consumption forecasting, customer adoption trends, and expansion opportunities
  • Perform sophisticated quantitative analysis and build analytical models to uncover performance drivers, predict key trends, and deliver insights that move beyond reporting to advise strategy and actionable outcomes
  • Define and champion the reporting and insights strategy that empowers leaders with faster, smarter, and more actionable decision-making capabilities
  • Build and maintain metadata, documentation, and transparency standards to increase usability and enable self-service analytics
What You Bring Along
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in Business Analytics, Data Modeling, Data Management, or Enterprise Reporting (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven success conducting large-scale, sophisticated data analysis and synthesizing insights to drive strategic, forward-looking decisions
  • Ability to act as a liaison business and technical stakeholders, translating analytical insights into compelling and easily digestible insights, and business concepts into data frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with modern data tools:
  • SQL (writing and optimizing sophisticated queries across large datasets)
  • BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma Computing (building models, measures, and dashboards)
  • dbt for modeling and transformation (Python or R for predictive analytics strongly preferred)
  • Strong foundation in diagnostic and predictive analytics, with proven experience in forecasting methodologies (time series, regression, or ML-based) to anticipate consumption and customer behavior
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks or statistical modeling techniques for predictive use cases is a plus
  • Understanding of enterprise data environments, including working with structured and unstructured data at scale
  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity, with a track record of problem-solving and driving impact in fast paced environments
  • Self-motivated and pragmatic, with a strong sense of ownership and a “get-it-done” mentality

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
