Manage high-value enterprise accounts, mitigate risks, improve processes, and enhance customer engagement in public affairs and relations sectors.
Clipbook is looking for a results-driven Enterprise Client Services Director to join our fast-growing startup.
This role will focus on the public affairs, public relations, and corporate segments.
This includes a range of responsibilities and areas of ownership, including managing relationships with current clients, ensuring accounts get the most value out of Clipbook, and using industry knowledge to expand client engagements. We expect top candidates to quickly grow into leadership positions within Clipbook.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a Portfolio of Enterprise Customers: Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across multiple industries, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and work collaboratively to drive retention.
- Pilot: Manage Pilot engagement over multiple different opportunities. Project management of Clipbook’s highest value accounts.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Success playbook, resources, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in a client-facing position.
- Experience in business consulting, public affairs, public relations, or communications.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication skills — able to engage with both executive stakeholders and end-users.
- Data-driven and strategic mindset.
- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup.
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the public relations, government, or public affairs space is a plus.
- Master’s Degree in a related subject is a plus (MPA, MBA, MPP, etc.)
