Job Summary
The EIS Division is currently seeking an Enterprise Audiovisual Programmer (Solutions Developer Staff III/IV) to provide tier II/III operations support as well as development of solutions through coding, customization, integration to implement requirements using off the shelf applications or AV development platforms.
Work Model
This is a full-time position based in El Segundo, CA or Chantilly, VA, which requires 100% onsite work. This position will require occasional travel to other corporate locations with audiovisual presence as needed.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Perform Tier II and III preventative and corrective maintenance for enterprise AV systems
  • Crestron control system programming and module development (Simpl, Simpl+, Simpl#)
  • Extron control system programming
  • Audio digital signal processor programming (QSC, Tesira, Biamp)
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco, Extreme, Netgear, HP)
  • Audiovisual equipment installation and configuration
  • System integration and automation
  • Graphical User Interface (GUI) design (touch panel modifications)
  • Sound reinforcement system alignment/calibration
  • Audio/video switching system administration and maintenance (Crestron, Extron, Evertz)
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems (Service Now tickets)
  • Project management (Customer ingress/egress)
  • Customer service and training (User education, event support)
  • Reading and interpreting complex schematics
  • System documentation and technical writing (User guides, system diagrams, rack elevations)

What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements for Solutions Developer Staff III:
  • 4 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or a related field OR 8 plus years of industry experience in Audiovisual programming
  • Experience with automation and system integration capabilities
  • Experience modifying touch panels
  • Working knowledge of audio/video switching system administration and maintenance
  • Ability to create system and technical documentation
  • Experience with Crestron, Extron, Evertz platforms
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Must be detail and customer service oriented
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
  • This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
