Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a deep focus on integration architecture and digital transformation to design, implement, and oversee the seamless connectivity of applications, data, and business processes across our technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise integration, API-led connectivity, and cloud-based solutions, ensuring interoperability and scalability of IT systems.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Enterprise Integration Strategy & Governance

  • Develop enterprise-wide integration strategy to enable seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Define best practices for API management, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
  • Establish governance models for data security, compliance, and integration lifecycle management.
  • Standardize integration protocols and ensure consistency across platforms.

Solution Architecture & Cloud Integration

  • Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Integration Services.
  • Architect and implement hybrid and multi-cloud strategies for connected enterprise environments.
  • Ensure real-time and batch data integration across diverse applications, including CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and legacy systems.

API-Led Connectivity & Microservices

  • Develop API-first architecture, ensuring secure, reusable, and scalable APIs.
  • Define API standards, implement OAuth, JWT, and API gateways for secure authentication and access control.
  • Enable API monetization strategies to drive business innovation.

Data & Process Orchestration

  • Design and implement event-driven architectures
  • Lead workflow automationby integrating RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI/ML-powered analytics.
  • Establish a unified data integration framework, connecting structured and unstructured data sources.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to align integration strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership to solution architects and developers, ensuring adherence to integration best practices.
  • Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, and POCs to evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with security teams to implement zero-trust architecture, encryption, and secure data sharing models.

Your skills and qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and IT transformation.
  • Expertise in enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Talend, or Informatica.
  • Strong experience with API development, RESTful services, GraphQL, and SOAP.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration tools like Azure Logic Apps, AWS Step Functions, or Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
  • Proven experience in data integration, ETL pipelines, and event-driven systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks(TOGAF, Zachman) and Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to have 

  • Experience in low-code/no-code integration platforms.
  • Working knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management), SSO, and authentication standards.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling (BPMN), workflow automation, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented approach to technology solutions.
  • Mulesoft Certified Architect certification preferred
