Aethir is looking for a driven, high-performing Enterprise AI Sales Executive who can hunt, close, and grow major accounts across the AI and cloud infrastructure ecosystem. This role is for a true closer — someone who understands how to navigate complex enterprise cycles, build executive-level relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
You’ll own the full sales process, from pipeline generation to deal closure, selling Aethir’s GPU-based compute solutions to enterprise clients building or scaling AI workloads. You’ll work directly with our VP of Sales and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product to shape Aethir’s presence in the enterprise market.
If you’ve got 1+ year of closing experience in IaaS, AI, or adjacent technology fields, thrive in a performance-driven culture, and want to be part of a rocketship startup where top performers can earn seven figures in commission — this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify leads, identifying potential clients that need or want enterprise-grade GPU-based compute (e.g. NVIDIA H200s and B200s). Always be closing - kill your numbers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches that showcase the value propositions and ROI of Aethir's AI-centric offerings. We have some of the most competitive rates for GPU compute in the world, all backed by enterprise SLAs.
- Find gaps in our team/processes/structure/materials - and close those gaps - we all roll up our sleeves here to win. We are hiring dozens of people in the next few months, so help with that where possible, to build a winning team.
- Partner with marketing to identify and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with customer success to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (this is later on in the lifecycle - for now, we need hunters).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Aethir's evolving product portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the cloud computing or bare metal or AI solutions sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the current AI landscape and its applications across various industries (e.g. Training/LLM).
- Experience in an early-stage startup technology company is preferred. Even better if you understand Web3, tokenomics/cryptocurrency principles (but that part can be taught).
- You must know what a GPU is - and why it matters in this world (specifically H200s and B200ss and high-end GPUs).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. We operate in English - if you know Mandarin as well, that’s a big bonus, but not required.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision (across multiple timezones).
- Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and other relevant sales tools - we live and die by the numbers.
- Ability to travel as needed, but generally not required (it is offered though).
Benefits
- Hypergrowth Startup Environment
- Fantastic Career Progression Opportunities
- Work within a Global and Local Team
- Collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge projects.
