While Kalibri operates fully remotely, this role includes 25–50% travel for customer meetings, industry events, and periodic in-person team gatherings.

  • Lead renewal planning, negotiations, and contract execution

  • Identify and drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and senior stakeholders

  • Translate customer goals into clear value across Kalibri’s data and analytics solutions

  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Data teams

  • Monitor account health, usage, and risk signals to proactively manage retention

  • Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and account plans

  • Represent Kalibri as a trusted commercial partner in executive forums

What Success Looks Like
  • You consistently protect and grow enterprise revenue across your account portfolio

  • Customers view you as a trusted advisor and long-term partner

  • You proactively identify risk and opportunity within complex accounts

  • You bring focus, judgment, and clarity to renewal and expansion decisions

Must-Have Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience owning enterprise renewals and/or expansion revenue targets

  • Track record of growing existing accounts through consultative selling

  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder customer organizations

  • Comfort selling multi-product or data-driven solutions

  • Executive presence and confidence in commercial negotiations

  • Ability to operate independently and make sound commercial decisions

  • Salesforce experience (account management, forecasting, deal execution)

Nice-to-Have Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality, SaaS, or data/analytics businesses

  • Background in high-growth or evolving product environments

  • Experience managing large, multi-entity enterprise accounts

Behavioral & Values Fit

At Kalibri, success is defined by our core values:

  • Solutions-Oriented: You look for answers and improvements, not just problems.

  • Aligned & Accountable: You take responsibility for deadlines and deliverables and communicate clearly.

  • Keeping It Real: You’re honest, kind, and transparent in how you work with others.

The Benefits
  • Fully remote work, with a thriving company culture

  • Robust medical, dental, and vision plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield, including a $0 cost plan for employees and subsidized coverage for dependents

  • 401k plan with employer match

  • Flexible Paid Time Off

  • $250 new hire allowance for home office setup

Compensation Range: $130K - $160K

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
