About the Opportunity:
At Actabl, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to grow deep relationships with our valued customers, identify opportunities to add more value through Actabl’s software solutions, and lead revenue opportunities through our sales process.
Position Summary:
- Serve as the Enterprise Account Manager for Actabl’s enterprise customers (>$100k ARR)
- Drive revenue growth through upsell, expansion, and renewals
- Own post-onboarding relationships and act as sales lead for assigned accounts
- Report to the Senior Director of Renewals
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure customers maximize product value and satisfaction
Essential Duties:
Customer Relationship Management (40%)
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts
- Conduct strategic business reviews
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and position Actabl as a business enabler
Renewals, Revenue Growth, & Expansion (40%)
- Drive expansion and upsell within existing accounts
- Meet consistent expansion targets
- Maintain pipeline forecasting accuracy above 90%
- Lead renewal process to achieve 90%+ renewal rate
- Implement strategic price increases (average 5%+)
- Negotiate favorable multi-year agreements
Product & Industry Knowledge (15%)
- Maintain deep knowledge of Actabl’s software suite
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Stay current on hospitality industry trends
- Represent Actabl at industry events
Pipeline & CRM Management (5%)
- Manage pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
- Accurately document all customer interactions and opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration (as needed)
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure satisfaction
- Engage internal resources to support customer needs
- Share product feedback with internal teams
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend industry events and conferences
- Help develop sales enablement materials and best practices
- Mentor junior team members
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success
- Proven record of quota achievement
- Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Hospitality industry experience preferred, not required

- Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
- Consultative selling skills aligned to customer pain points and business priorities
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management
- Skilled in delivering tailored product demos
- Experience with negotiation and implementing price increases
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
- Familiarity with hospitality tech landscape (preferred)
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $75,000-85,000 base salary, with OTE of up to $190,000-205,000 annually
- Work Environment: The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, conferences, or training sessions. This could include both in-state and out-of-state travel.
- Equipment: The company will provide necessary equipment, including a laptop, monitor, and any additional peripherals required to perform job duties effectively. Employees are expected to maintain their equipment in good working condition.
