The Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing revenue and portfolio share within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage some of the largest relationships at PPRO, driving new commercial opportunities with key decision makers and influencers
- Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue and portfolio shareIdentify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer needs and objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor and build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze and report on account performance and market trends
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and increase customer loyalty
Other key functions will include:
- Managing all Customer training initiatives. Including the management of a PPRO training program for its Customer’s sales and marketing teams
- Payment Service Provider (PSP) and Merchant contract facilitation and the drafting of pricing amendments. In particular, working with the Risk and Boarding teams to approve contracts
- Delivering high quality presentations to clients on a quarterly basis regarding their performance, areas for growth, and presenting new products and market trends
Who we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within the payments or fintech industry
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing share of wallet within an account
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand the economics of a varied set of products and markets
- The ability to tell stories using data and creating compelling visuals
- A strong relationship builder and communicator with customers and internal stakeholders from a wide range of countries and backgrounds
- Experience managing complex contract negotiations and renewals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
