We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager, OEM & Logistics at UVeye who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the adoption and expansion of UVeye’s cutting-edge vehicle inspection solutions within major OEM organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of OEM operations, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across such organizations. 

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:



  • Serving as the main point of contact for our OEM & logistics client(s) and establishing and developing long-lasting, reliable relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions.
  • Acting as a liaison between our clients and our internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Identify opportunities on a regular basis for additional deployments or development opportunities with our clients and build action plans to complete. 
  • Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units.
  • Lead product demos and pilot deployments for prospective and current OEM & logistics customers, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Lead on boarding process post installation and through the hand off to customer use of UVeye system and solutions
  • Monitor and improve the status and health of the customer relationship; including client feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness. 
  • Measure, monitor, and influence customer targets and strategies, and complete monthly and/or quarterly business reviews.
  • Assist customers with maximizing the value that they receive from the products and the relationship overall. Monitor internal sentiment, offer and provide platform education and training on an as-needed basis. 
  • Travel to customer locations to support onboarding and system training activities. 
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS, automotive tech, or industrial solutions
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding high-value enterprise accounts, including upsell, cross-sell, and multi-site deployments
  • Experience working with OEMs, logistics providers, dealerships, or fleet management organizations
  • Strong ability to engage and influence complex stakeholder groups, including executives, engineering, and operations leaders
  • Strategic and consultative mindset, with experience in building and executing account growth plans
  • Experience leading product demos, pilots, and enterprise implementations from pre-sale through post-deployment
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to customer performance and ROI
  • Experience conducting business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and aligning customer goals to business outcomes
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • Automotive, OEM, Fleet, or Logistics experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for a bonus. 

Travel & Physical Requirements:

This role involves regular on-site work within dealership environments and requires approximately 60% travel. While performing the duties of this position, the employee may experience extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and frequent movement throughout dealership service lanes, inspection areas, showrooms, and outdoor lots. 

The role also requires the ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or other outdoor elements commonly experienced at dealership locations. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on site protocols.
