We are Infrrd - Enterprise AI company that uses AI and Machine Learning to help our customer automate human tasks. We are looking for a Account Executives to join our growing sales team.

Like any job, it has it's pros and cons. Let's talk about the Cons first:

  • We are growing fast, so you will need to keep up with the pace and hit the ground running.
  • We are a young company that gives the large AI companies a run for their money when it comes to solving automation problems. What this means for you is that you need to be prepared to deal with some of the best competitors on the planet and win. Its not necessarily a con but it can get pretty intense. Let's just say this is not a job for the faint hearted.

With the cons out of the way, lets talk about the good stuff.

1. We are a team of about 200 people, so while we are young - we are not a start-up.

2. The work is challenging and you will work directly with the VP, Sales of the company.

3. Our team is spread in 3 parts of the globe - US, Europe and India. You will need to be comfortable working with remote colleagues.

If you have read this far, then you may want to know what background we would like our Account Executives to have. We have made a list, here it is:

1. Number of years of experience is not a requirement, this should not be your first job selling SaaS software.

2. You should have experience in selling technologies to Mortgage companies

3. Experience with growth stage companies is a huge plus.

4. We are all about automation through the use of AI and ML. While we will help you get familiar with our platform and technology, it would be nice to have someone who already understands the basics of Machine Learning and AI.

5. Most of our customers are large enterprises. It would be helpful for you to have experience managing sales process for enterprise customers.

In short, your job is to help mortgage customers scale their operations through use of our award wining AI product. We aspire to big brand and we have put 10 years of grueling work to get to where we have reached. We are looking for someone to join us in our journey to create a company that their future generations can be proud of.

Looking forward to meeting you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
