Clipbook is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our fast-growing, Mark Cuban-backed startup that is redefining public relations and communications software.
This role will own the full sales cycle for our largest opportunities across enterprise corporations, major associations, and national nonprofit organizations. You will build and manage a pipeline of complex, multi-stakeholder deals — and close them. We're looking for someone who has done this before, thrives in a startup environment, and is ready to play a foundational role in scaling our go-to-market engine.
We expect this person to quickly become a sales leader within our Growth & Partnerships team, shaping how we sell, who we sell to, and how we win.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close, managing deals with long timelines, multiple decision-makers, and six-figure ACVs

  • Build and execute strategic account plans for target enterprise accounts, mapping org structures, identifying champions, and navigating procurement

  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations, product demos, and proposals to C-suite and senior stakeholders

  • Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with prospects and clients to drive expansion and long-term retention

  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success to refine messaging, inform the roadmap, and ensure seamless handoffs

  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in our CRM

  • Represent Clipbook at major industry conferences, events, and executive roundtables

  • Contribute to the development of the enterprise sales playbook and help mentor junior team members as the team scales

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise or mid-market accounts with deal sizes of $50K+ ACV

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a closing role

  • Deep experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with long procurement timelines

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with VP- and C-level buyers

  • Proficiency with sales CRM and engagement tools

  • Highly strategic and process-driven, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup

  • Bachelor's degree required

Bonus Points For

  • Background in management consulting, communications, public relations, or public affairs — either in a prior career or as a vertical specialization in sales

  • Experience selling into comms, PR, marketing, or public affairs teams

  • Track record of being an early sales hire or helping build out an enterprise sales motion at a high-growth startup

Our Culture: Hunger & Hustle (H&H)

Clipbook is built on a set of values we call H&H — and they're not just words on a wall. We are a team that executes with speed and resourcefulness, heavily biased toward output and outcome. We bring relentless sales energy to everything we do — not just on the Growth team, but across the entire company. We are deeply customer-centric, taking the time to understand our clients' organizations, workflows, and goals so we can truly own their success. We believe in ownership at every level — no problem is too small for anyone, and we push each other through empathy and honest feedback to perform at our best. We operate as one team with shared goals, and we move at a sustainable pace because we're building for the long term. We have fun doing it — we genuinely enjoy working together. And through it all, we lead with inclusivity, respect, and integrity in every interaction, internally and externally.
If that sounds like your kind of environment, you'll fit right in.
What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation: $200-250K+ OTE (base + commission), commensurate with experience

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • 401(k)

  • Unlimited/flexible PTO policy

Role Details

  • Full-time role, hybrid — based in Washington, DC, New York City, or San Francisco (exceptional candidates will be considered for remote work)

  • Travel for key industry conferences and client meetings

Come join the team that is redefining public relations and communications.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
