About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Jump, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with large financial institutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, using a consultative selling approach to understand each client’s needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive real business outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive teams to ensure success for Jump’s most important customers and prospects.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is excited to sell category-leading AI technology into complex financial services organizations, thrives in long-cycle enterprise sales, and wants to help transform the advisor and client experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect, manage, and close new business with large financial institutions, including wealth management firms, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance firms.

  • Drive discovery calls, demos, and collaborative solution design for prospective clients.

  • Lead consultative sales processes to deeply understand financial institutions’ pain points, priorities, workflows, compliance needs, and buying processes.

  • Develop, negotiate, and close high-value, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals.

  • Build strong relationships with executive, technical, compliance, and business stakeholders on the client side.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to deliver value throughout the client lifecycle.

  • Manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, competitive dynamics, and opportunities across financial services.

  • Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers.

About You

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or similar, with a track record of exceeding quota.

  • Proven success selling to large financial institutions, including RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, insurance firms, or similar enterprise buyers.

  • Deep experience with consultative, solution-based selling and multi-stakeholder deal management.

  • Strong understanding of financial services workflows, buying processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to navigate complex, long sales cycles and build trust with senior-level stakeholders.

  • High ownership, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and strong judgment.

  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • A direct, kind, low-drama working style and a desire to help Jump raise the bar.

Nice to Haves
  • Experience selling AI, workflow automation, compliance, data, or advisor-facing technology.

  • Experience working at a Series A–C company or similarly fast-moving environment.

  • Existing familiarity with wealth management, broker-dealer, RIA, banking, or insurance ecosystems.

  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive teams in strategic sales cycles.
