About the role
We are hiring exceptional Enterprise Account Executives who will play an instrumental role on our go-to-market organization at Plenful. We believe that a successful sales process relies on both teamwork and individual excellence. As we continue to expand across hospitals and health systems, pharmacies, payers, providers, manufacturers, and more, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and drive outbound sales initiatives.Cultivate and develop relationships with prospective clients to identify, qualify and develop quality sales opportunities, focusing on new business
What you'll do

  • Manage full sales cycles from lead to close, including contract creation and contract negotiations, while working cross functionally to ensure a premium level experience for all stakeholders
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently close business
  • Actively participate in industry-relevant trade conferences and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in a full-cycle healthcare sales role
  • Proven track record in managing sales cycles & successful quota/revenue attainment
  • HealthTech, Healthcare IT, Healthcare AI-Automation sales experience is a plus
  • Customer-centric mindset and the skills needed to listen to customers and understand their objectives
  • Professional, polished and engaging in communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment
