About the Role
We’re looking for a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive who is ready to use this role as a major inflection point in their career. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Passport’s enterprise client base, partnering with some of the most recognized eCommerce brands in the world.
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives while working cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new revenue growth by acquiring enterprise-level eCommerce brands.
- Actively manage a strategic pipeline: researching, prospecting, and executing multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Develop tailored account plans aligned with each client’s business objectives and global growth strategy.
- Establish and nurture senior-level relationships to position Passport as a trusted long-term partner.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management through Salesforce.
- Serve as a thought leader by advising brands on international expansion, DDP, compliance, and localization trends.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to support successful client outcomes.
- Ensure seamless handoff to post-sales teams, maintaining alignment and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
- Represent Passport at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (10–20% travel).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales, with at least 7 years in a new-business, closing role.
- Domain Knowledge: eCommerce or logistics experience strongly preferred; familiarity with operations, finance, and marketing stakeholders is a plus.
- Proven Track Record: Consistent attainment of quota and strong negotiation skills in complex deal cycles.
- Executive Presence: Ability to confidently engage and influence senior decision-makers (C-level and VP).
- Work Ethic: Self-starter who thrives on accountability and ownership of results.
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong EQ to build trust, navigate challenges, and maintain a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability: Resilient and resourceful in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Technical Acumen: Comfort with modern SaaS tools and understanding how solutions integrate into client tech stacks.
