We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive focused on Healthcare to drive new business with top-tier payers, providers, PBMs, RCM vendors, healthtech firms, and BPO partners supporting healthcare clients. Your mission is to show how Sanas delivers measurable ROI—reducing call handling time, improving member experience, and supporting compliance in highly regulated environments.
You will be part of a verticalized sales team, reporting into senior leadership, and expected to build the healthcare sales motion from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who quickly builds meaningful relationships, thrives in category creation, can navigate complex compliance requirements, and understands the unique dynamics of the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Own a defined Healthcare vertical territory (Minneapolis, East/Central U.S. or Texas preferred).Build and close new business with enterprise healthcare organizations: payers, providers, PBMs, RCM vendors, and healthtech.
- Drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executives in CX, Operations, Revenue.
- Navigate HIPAA and InfoSec processes, ensuring trust in Sanas’ platform.
- Contribute to the vertical playbook—documenting sales motions, objection handling, and ROI proof points unique to healthcare.
- Achieve $1.5M+ in new ARR annually, with a mix of direct contracts and BPO-led engagements.
- Maintain extraordinary Salesforce discipline and provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and deal strategy reviews.
- Stay ahead of trends in healthcare CX, compliance, and technology adoption.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS/AI/technology sales experience with specific focus on Healthcare (payers, providers, PBMs, RCM, or healthtech).
- Proven success selling contact center, CX, CCaaS, or operations services or technology into healthcare organizations.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas.
- Deep familiarity with healthcare enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder $500K+ ARR enterprise deals.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders + personal Rolodex of influencers.
- High energy, self-starter mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-growth, category-creating environment.
