We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - Named Accounts, to join our expanding Enterprtise Consulting team here in the US! About The Role
  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution
  • Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on monday.com.
  • Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues

Requirements
  • 7+ years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (> 50-150K ACV)
  • Prior experience in Strategy consulting - benefit
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000-$190,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
