About Us

At Reflection, we are building superintelligent autonomous agents for the Enterprise. We’ve assembled a world-class team that has driven major breakthroughs in large language models and reinforcement learning over the past decade, serving as research and technical leads on some of the most capable AI systems ever created.

We’re backed by Sequoia and Lightspeed, moving fast, and looking for builders who want to be on the front lines of growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our founding GTM team. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation, to close and expansion— targeting mid-market and enterprise customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, is highly consultative, and loves crafting value around complex technical products.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting through close

  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise decision-makers (Director + level)

  • Develop deep product understanding and tailor demos and proposals to client needs

  • Collaborate with the internal team to inform roadmap and drive expansion

  • Create scalable outbound strategies, messaging, and playbooks

  • Help shape and refine our sales motion, tooling, and early GTM stack

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+  years of AE experience selling into large enterprises

  • Prior experience at a startup or early-stage tech company (Seed to Series C)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding +1M quotas

  • Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and deal-framing skills

  • Comfortable selling technical or complex products (e.g., SaaS, AI, developer tools)

  • Grit, adaptability, and a bias toward action — you thrive in ambiguity

Nice to Have
  • Experience selling to Developer or Engineering personas

  • Track record of landing financial services, insurance and technology accounts

  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals

  • Early customer acquisition or founder-led sales exposure

Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven team

  • Help define our sales culture, strategy, and success metrics from the early stages

  • Competitive compensation package with accelerators (base + commission + equity)

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits + flexible PTO

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
