Position Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and managing relationships with clients in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, expertise in selling to manufacturing and logistics companies, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that address complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and target prospective clients within the manufacturing and logistics industries.

    • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate these markets and build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in manufacturing and logistics companies.

    • Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify client challenges and align solutions accordingly.

  • Sales Process Execution:

    • Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development tailored to the unique needs of manufacturing and logistics clients.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and post-sales support.

  • Industry Expertise:

    • Leverage deep knowledge of the manufacturing and logistics sectors to position Kognitos as a trusted partner.

    • Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in these industries, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.

  • Revenue Generation:

    • Meet and exceed sales quotas through effective pipeline management and deal closure.

    • Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with specific experience selling to manufacturing and logistics companies.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics operations, challenges, and decision-making processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS, automation, or technology solutions tailored to manufacturing or logistics.

  • Familiarity with supply chain management, warehousing, or production processes.

  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
