As an Enterprise Account Executive at TrueLark, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of enterprise clients in the Dental Support Organization (DSO) sector. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging a consultative approach to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, as you will be working closely with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large organizations. You’ll work in collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to deliver seamless sales experiences and drive long-term customer satisfaction.

TrueLark HQ is located in Palo Alto, CA. This role is in open to fully remote.

Reporting to: Head of Sales

What You Will Own:
  • Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals within the DSO sector

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite executives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide a tailored solution for each client

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas by successfully closing high-value enterprise contracts

  • Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction

  • Provide feedback to the product team to help refine and develop new features based on client needs

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM tools

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology sales

  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex deals

  • Strong negotiation skills with a consultative approach to sales

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level executives

  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
