- Own Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute tailored growth plans for each high‑potential enterprise account.
- Engage Executives with Value: Lead outcome‑based discussions positioning Lansweeper as a critical enabler for visibility, compliance, and risk management.
- Quantify Business Impact: Build ROI and value models supporting expansion deals.
- Accelerate Pipeline: Identify and progress large‑scale opportunities, coordinating technical, marketing, and partner resources.
- Segment & Prioritise: Focus efforts on high‑yield accounts (20×-50× growth potential).
- Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Partner teams for unified customer strategies.
- Forecast with Precision: Maintain disciplined execution and forecast accuracy within 10% of target.
Key Requirements
Hard skills:
- Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management / SaaS Expansion Sales (preferably in IT, technology, or cybersecurity industries)
- Strong consultative and value‑based selling background
- Ability to translate technical capability into operational and financial outcomes
- Track record achieving or exceeding ARR or revenue growth quotas
