Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

As the Enterprise Account Executive at Chargeflow, you will help lead our strategic ecosystem partnerships across the fintech and payments landscape. This role is pivotal to building scalable growth strategies through alliances with PSPs, orchestration platforms, fraud prevention vendors, and e-commerce ecosystems. We’re looking for a senior enterprise account executive with a leader mindset who has a strong fintech network, a deep understanding of payments technology, and a proven track record of building high-leverage strategic relationships in a long sales cycle, and leading deals from prospecting to closing.

Your Arena:

  • Build & Manage Pipeline - Prospect and engage the most impactful companies in the ecosystem, laying the foundation for long-term relationships. This is a full-cycle account executive role, owning the process from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.
  • Spearhead Enterprise Deals - Drive Chargeflow’s partnership strategy across the payments and fraud ecosystem by initiating, structuring, and closing high-impact enterprise deals.
  • Identify & Activate Partners - Target and engage strategic partners, including PSPs, fraud vendors, and eCommerce platforms, to co-create value and expand market reach.
  • Structure & Negotiate Deals - Lead partner negotiations end-to-end, including commercial agreements, technology integrations, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Activation - Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships, turning deals into revenue, and maximizing enterprise adoption over time.
  • Ecosystem Engagement - Represent Chargeflow as a thought leader in the payments ecosystem through industry events, networking, and online presentations.

Requirements

What It Takes:

  • Payments, Chargeback & Fraud Expertise - Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem with a strong focus on risk, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
  • Industry Network - Established, trusted relationships with leading payment service providers (PSPs) built through past collaboration and partnerships.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience (4+ years) - Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals, including revenue-share models, integrations, and co-selling partnerships, while consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Business Development Experience (3+ years) - Skilled in building pipelines, prospecting, and creating meaningful engagement that drives new opportunities.
  • Technical Fluency - Strong familiarity with payment technologies, APIs, and platform integration models, enabling effective collaboration with product and technical teams.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
