What You Will Do:

We are hiring an experienced sales leader to drive business growth in Japan, focusing on large enterprise accounts. In this role, you will prospect and engage with senior decision-makers in Information Security and Risk teams across the region. As an Enterprise Account Executive, "Major Account Director" for Japan, you’ll leverage your relationships and deep understanding of the local market to present the value of SecurityScorecard’s solutions. You’ll work closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to drive adoption and growth. This position reports to our Japan Country Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on hunting and new business acquisition
  • 5+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota, especially with $1M+ ARR targets
  • Experience closing 6- and 7-figure deals with enterprise clients in Japan
  • Strong local network within Japan’s security and risk community
  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English preferred
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Deep understanding of business practices and buying cycles in Japan
