The nCino Enterprise Account Executive - Farm Credit will be part of a high-performing Sales team focused on deepening and expanding nCino's presence within the Farm Credit portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the senior account lead for our most strategic Farm Credit customers, leveraging existing relationships with executives and business leaders to understand their unique challenges and position nCino solutions in a way that resonates with mission-driven, member-owned institutions.


 

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow an existing book of business within the Farm Credit vertical, with a focus on account expansion, pipeline management, and long-term relationship health across the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities within named accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partnering closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales Operations.
  • Navigate Farm Credit organizations effectively, understanding cooperative governance structures, and identifying opportunities to extend the nCino solution across business lines.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach grounded in deep knowledge of the Farm Credit System, FCA regulatory requirements, and ag-specific concepts including crop cycles, FSA programs, and commodity-driven credit risk.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive upsell and expansion while supporting customer satisfaction and long-term reference ability.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships independently, engaging senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders with credibility and presence.
  • Manage a complex, multi-stage pipeline while staying ahead of relationship health across existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software sales with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep familiarity with the Farm Credit System, FCA oversight, and ag lending structures (crop financing, operating lines of credit, real estate, equipment loans).
  • Proven ability to build credibility with executive stakeholders and sell into mission-driven, consensus-driven organizations.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive results within a mature, saturated book of business.
  • Collaborative team player with high self-awareness and the ability to navigate complex internal and external political dynamics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical product value into language that resonates with ag lenders.
  • Ability to demonstrate nCino solutions onsite or virtually based on prospect and customer needs.

Desired Candidate Skills

  • Prior experience with nCino or comparable financial technology platforms.
  • Background in agricultural lending or commercial banking within the Farm Credit ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and enterprise software sales cycles.
  • Passion for customer success and long-term account stewardship.
     

Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 30 to 40 percent travel required, with the potential for higher travel volume in the initial months of the role.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The base salary range for this job is:

$69,800.00 - $122,200.00
