Pay Range:

Schedule
35 hours per week
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective and current students and families.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with students who have left the program, identifying ways to re-engage them.
Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents to guide them through the inquiry, registration, and enrollment processes.
Serve as the primary contact for families during enrollment, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed.
Manage the enrollment process by ensuring paperwork is complete and accurate.
Maintain consistent communication with families to support retention and build trust.
Analyze enrollment and retention data to recommend strategies for improvement.
Accurately input student information into the CRM system and monitor enrollment progress.
Work with leadership and the center coordinator team to address barriers to student retention.
You’ll Need The Following Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience (enrollment experience preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and Google Suite.
BA/BS Degree preferred.
Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
