Position Overview:

We are hiring an Enrollment Specialist to enroll patients in chronic care management and/or remote patient monitoring programs, in various states, in partnership with cardiology, internal, primary, and family medicine physician groups, and healthcare systems. Successful candidates will bring experience in patient enrollment and call center experience.


The Enrollment Specialist supports the Patient Enrollment Department by reaching out to identified patients and enrolling them in Care Management Programs.


Requirements:

  • Make outbound calls to patients and provide information about remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs. Explain program benefits, patient financial responsibility, obtaining consent, processing device shipment, and enrolling in the program(s).
  • Ensure a seamless, complete, and effective enrollment process for all prospective patients into the care monitoring programs
  • Be the initial point of contact for calls for pending enrollees
  • Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
  • Provide exceptional customer service and positive experience for potential patients/caregivers
  • Navigate multiple systems and portals to input patient enrollment information
  • Achieve monthly new enrollee goals
  • Additional duties as assigned


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • <5 years Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment required
  • Enrollment/Medical Sales experience preferred
  • Must have poise and patience when dealing with patients
  • You are comfortable communicating with patients over the phone, overcoming objections, and have good problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail, metrics-driven, excellent time management skills
  • High computer literacy
  • Engaging personality with the desire to connect with the patient
  • High empathy and collaborative team player
  • Flexibility and openness as the role and responsibilities may change and/or evolve as we grow
