Experiential, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enrollment Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. We are an expanding direct sales and marketing firm based in Costa Mesa. Our commitment to excellence and client success drives everything we do! 

 

The ideal Enrollment Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships within a designated territory, identifying new enrollment opportunities, and driving sales. The Enrollment Sales Representative will develop a wide array of enrollment and sales skills in this full-time position to best suit our customers needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong sales acumen and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.

 

Enrollment Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships within a designated territory ensuring satisfaction throughout the duration of the customers enrollment process.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales by working with customers one on one.
  • Develop enrollment and sales skills to best suit customer needs and provide them with insights on what they can or already qualify for.
  • A dependent, punctual, confident, and sales motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of an Enrollment Sales Representative team
  • Stay up-to-date on all promotions and wireless services to ensure the customer is receiving tailored solutions
 

Enrollment Sales Representative Qualifications:

 
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, territory sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers
