At Solera Health, we’re on a mission to transform lives by guiding people to better health solutions—connecting them with impactful lifestyle, behavioral, and social interventions. Through our innovative platform and curated network of digital and community-based partners, we empower individuals to manage and reverse chronic conditions while supporting payers and employers in achieving better health outcomes.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Enrollment & Engagement Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead strategic campaigns that grow participation in Solera’s network programs. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that reach the right people at the right time—with the right message.

This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who’s passionate about helping people take action toward better health. You’ll bring a strong foundation in multi-channel marketing, a love for consumer insights, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Engagement Strategy

  • Lead the design and execution of consumer engagement campaigns across the full funnel—from initial outreach to re-engagement.
  • Craft compelling messaging strategies and secure client alignment on campaign approaches.
  • Contribute to engagement strategies for new product launches.
  • Forecast campaign performance and support annual strategic planning.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve performance by testing new messaging, channels, and tools.

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for clients, ensuring alignment between Solera’s resources and client needs.
  • Understand client culture and platforms to tailor campaign strategies accordingly.
  • Balance customization with scalable best practices across programs.
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and remove roadblocks to keep campaigns on track.

Data & Optimization

  • Use data to uncover insights and improve engagement strategies.
  • Deliver campaign reports with clear takeaways and actionable recommendations.
  • Measure, track, and document performance for internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth, engagement, or lifecycle marketing across both digital and offline channels.
  • Background in B2C or B2B2C marketing, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or tech environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels such as email, SMS, direct mail, digital ads, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Iterable, Google Analytics, Wrike, PowerBI, or Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
  • A team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Additional Info

  • This is a remote position and open to candidates based in the United States.
  • Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or company events.

Benefits

  • Remote first culture
  • Flexible PTO
  • Paid pregnancy and parental leave
  • Adoption Assistance Program
  • Medical, Dental and Vision
  • Company paid Life, Long Term Disability and Short-Term Disability
  • 13 Company Holidays

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
