About the Role
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers working to design, develop, and enhance our core Data Ingestion platform. This platform is critical for processing massive, real-time data streams that power our customer-facing products and internal machine learning models.
This is a true full-stack management role. You will contribute to the development of high-throughput, reliable data pipelines, infrastructure, and data-serving capabilities across the Attentive platform, working with Product Management and Engineering to implement end-to-end use cases. This is a hands-on role where you are expected to balance people management, technical oversight, and cross-functional leadership
What You'll Accomplish
- You are an effective people manager, who can manage high-performing teams and helps them reach their highest potential
- Continue to grow the team, build upon the great culture, and nail the execution
- You'll participate in the detailed technical design, development, implementation, and support of our data ingestion pipelines and streaming applications using existing and emerging technology platforms
- You will collaborate with our product management team to craft plans to achieve our business goals
- You'll serve as a technical domain expert in large-scale data processing, low-latency data serving, architectural design decisions, developing and reviewing application code, and ensuring high availability and performance of our critical data infrastructure

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000 - $265,000 annually + equity + benefits
