We are building and scaling our engineering teams in London and we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join our London Engineering leadership group and shape the future of our R&D teams here and beyond.

You will join our Data group, which is building a groundbreaking new Data Platform—mondayDB 3.0. This next-generation system is designed to scale our product’s capacity by orders of magnitude.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

  • 3+ years of proven management experience, leading projects from start to finish.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Impact-driven mindset, with a strong focus on users and business needs.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and ownership, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term success.
