Why You’ll Love This Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Enablement & Communications Coordinator to help engineers do their best work by delivering clear communications, maintaining knowledge resources, and supporting onboarding, training and engagement programs. In this role, you’ll ensure our engineering teams stay connected, informed, and empowered — from new hire onboarding to day-to-day updates to planning communications.

You’ll report to the Head of Technical Program Management and partner closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams. If you love to organize, communicate, and make people feel supported, this role is for you. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or communications support (tech environment preferred)
  • Great writing and organizational skills
  • A detail-oriented, proactive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence is a plus
  • A collaborative, positive approach to working across teams
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and support a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Experience with training and development of highly skilled technical professionals
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours 


If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • Communications: Draft and send internal engineering updates, announcements, and newsletters. Maintain and organize engineering documentation and resources (e.g., Confluence pages, Slack channels)
  • Onboarding: Keep onboarding materials and documentation current. Coordinate onboarding sessions and help ensure a smooth ramp-up for new engineers
  • Events & Enablement: Own and coordinate ProdEng All Hands events, including building and managing the agenda. Manage internal engineering awards, including nomination collection and presentation. Collaborate with senior team members to help prepare materials and support the Product & Engineering Kickoff (PEKO), including assisting speakers and contributing to content development, such as presentations, hackathons etc.
  • Training and development: Support ongoing engineering-wide training and enablement initiatives. Help plan and coordinate learning opportunities in engineering processes, best practices, and tools. Partner with teams such as Product Security, Technical Program Management and others to deliver required engineering-wide training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement Collect feedback on team processes and share insights with the team


Salary Range
($95,400 - $149,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
