As the Solutions Engineer Manager, you will lead a team of highly technical Solutions Engineers to support sellers and achieve revenue targets. You will own metrics and KPI’s associated with conversion rates, implementation efficacy, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers across Major and Core sectors to improve close rates through effective technical scoping
• Provide coaching and training to empower the continued career development of your team
• Partner with Sales to share metrics and KPI’s, and develop a reproducible, winning process
• Design and maintain consistent processes in SFDC that empower data driven decisions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with our services
• Forecast solutions engineer capacity to allow continued expansion of the team

Who You Are

• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Experience in driving a meaningful impact to sales conversion rate
• Excellent track record of collaborating across the organization
• 2+ years of leadership experience in sales engineering in the SaaS space
• Experience with Salesforce, GoGuardian, and/or Pear Deck products is a plus
• Background in education or EdTech is a plus
