Who We’re Looking For
We are excited to welcome a new Solutions Architect to our sales team. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical thought leader, aligning technical solutions with customer business needs, and be highly engaged with customers to identify new sales opportunities. They should demonstrate strong technical expertise across three or more Concurrency capabilities, lead pre-sales efforts, and evangelize Concurrency capabilities. Additionally, they will participate actively in the local technical community, sharing knowledge through blogging, industry groups, and speaking engagements. This role involves collaborating with practice managers to identify capability gaps and set future directions, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute Strategic Account Plans, including up-spell, cross-sell, and escalation management, and partnering with Concurrency leadership to help define the company's strategy. What You'll Do
- Lead pre-sales client sessions and develop estimates and proposals.
- Lead strategic planning and roadmap development with customers.
- Establish technical risks and provide mitigation strategies to reduce risk and ensure successful delivery.
- Identify new service and solution offering opportunities within existing and new customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to expand our business in existing accounts.
- Serve as a technical thought leader passionate about aligning technical solutions to customer business needs.
- Be highly engaged with customers to recognize new sales opportunities.
- Provide strong technical expertise in Concurrency capabilities, specifically aligned to Microsoft with complex Migration, Modernization, and overall Security challenges.
- Be an integral part of the local technical community with a passion for knowledge sharing through blogging, industry groups, and speaking engagements.
- Work with practice managers to proactively identify capability gaps and set future direction.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute Strategic Account Plans including up-sell, cross-sell, and escalation management.
- Work closely with Concurrency leadership to help define strategy and GTM for the company.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and vendors.
- Promote service offerings through social media & blog posts, industry groups, and speaking events.
What You'll Need
- Established working in a professional services or IT consultancy with Azure and M365 Suite Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of complex modernization services.
- Broad knowledge of solution selling methodologies to enterprise level customers.
- Proven ability to deliver compelling and clear presentations that effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach in presenting solutions to clients.
- Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and participating in bid defense meetings.
What Will Set You Apart
- Active participation at industry conferences, seminars, and other speaking engagements.
- Taking an active part in evangelism and sharing success stories through various social media channels creating blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
- A strong history of engagement within the Microsoft technology community or having a Microsoft MVP status.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or Computer Engineering.
