The dotOrg engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining all the features that power our product. We are a highly collaborative team who enjoys partnering with design and product to create delightful experiences for our customers.

We are looking for Frontend Engineers to join us in designing, building, and iteratively improving the performance and reliability of our products as we learn and grow. We value simplicity, we develop iteratively, and we support each other through clear and respectful communication.

What You Will Do

• You will work collaboratively with Product Design, Product Management, and Backend and Frontend Engineers in a cross-functional team on product features.

• You will propose architectural solutions and take part in design sessions, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation.

• You will design, build, maintain, and improve our UI.

• You will be responsible for the health of your code in production.

• You will improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

What You Possess

• 5+ years experience with Javascript and Javascript based frameworks.

• Experience with React and Redux.

• Experience with CSS preprocessors like LESS and SASS.

• Experience building responsive layouts.

• You take pride in your work and are responsible for operating and maintaining it.

• You write code that is maintainable and testable in a CI/CD environment.

Nice To Haves

• You have working knowledge of AWS Amplify.

• You have worked with Material UI.
