FabFitFun is seeking talented Front End Engineers to join several teams within our growing engineering organization. 

Loyalty - Our Loyalty team is responsible for increasing subscriber engagement and retention. On the Loyalty team, you’ll be working on developing an exciting new rewards program that’s currently still in beta mode. This team is involved in finding and building addictive functionality into the site for our subscription members..

Box & Member Experience: The Box & Member Experience team is responsible for anything related to our logged-in customer experience. They are dealing with the highest amount of consumer scale on our website and are currently porting our monolithic application into microservices.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with your team of Engineers, Product, QA, and UX Design to develop front-end experiences for our members.
  • Contribute to our Front-end coding standards
  • Work in complete vertical slices from the Front-end to the Data Layer
  • Help define development standards, procedures, and guidelines to improve the overall development process
  • Design and develop clean, maintainable, and performant software
  • Mentor less experienced developers

What you'll bring:

  • BS or higher in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 3 years or more relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, and CSS animations
  • Proficiency with React framework 
  • Experience with building rapid prototypes with an eye towards performance and how to tune front end performance
  • Knowledge of or experience in Java or PHP programming is a plus!
