Summary

Individual is required to standardize and automate IAM activities: role and policy creation, permission boundaries, SCP and resource policies, and identity integration with federation. Qualified candidates will have experience developing AWS IAM policies, implementing best practices, automating processes and troubleshooting issues. Additional responsibilities of the team include development of enterprise identity and access solutions based on AWS IAM, Azure IAM & Federated Idp, The ideal candidate will bring the skillset and experience to own and drive the success of AWS IAM and contribute to the success of the overall teams responsibilities. Success in this role requires the ability to work within a larger team, coordinate work between multiple teams working toward the same goal, comfort taking ownership for large projects, and also being comfortable owning only pieces of a larger solution, where appropriate. 

Responsibilities Include

This is a critical role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Create and manage AWS IAM policies, roles, identity federation, etc.

• Work with governance teams to establish processes and best practices for AWS IAM

• Work with related engineering teams to ensure controls like MFA, where appropriate, are successfully integrated into IAM solutions

• Automate IAM processes

• Support security policies, standards, and processes based on current and previous business requirements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

• Partner with operations teams to onboard BAU work and automation to the appropriate groups

• Partner with other engineering teams to develop

Qualities / Experience We're Seeking

 We believe the right individual will have the following skills and experience in order to be successful in the role:

• Years of experience 5+ in Identity and at least 3 years in AWS 

  · The work involves interaction with multiple groups (infrastructure engineering groups, client groups). 

  · Good communication skills and teamwork skills are required. 

  · Experience with large scale development collaboration and continuous integration systems (GIT, Jenkins)- 

  · Experienced with operating in Linux and Windows environments- Authentication: Kerberos, GSSAPI- Protocols: LDAP,SQL,HTTP,DNS, Radius- 

  · Scripting: Python, Linux shell, Perl, PowerShell. 

  · AWS IAM & Identity Management Experience with Identity Management Platforms. 

  · LDAP 

  · Cloudformation, AWS CLI, AWS API
