Senior Software Engineer
$140,000 - $160,000 Annually
Blueprint Test Prep is growing and has a new fully remote opportunity for a Senior Backend Software Engineer! Collaborate with other engineers and product / design teams to further develop our Learning Management System (LMS) and other tools.
We are a world-class Edtech company and leading platform for high-stakes test prep for pre-law, pre-med, med school students, residents, practicing physicians, PAs, and NPs. We use technology and powerful data to create personalized and innovative learning experiences.
Who You Are
- 2+ years in a senior role and 5+ years in backend software development on complex systems (required)
- Backend experience in Golang (or C/C++)
- Experience in designing distributed services including micro-services, messaging design, and data design
- Backend toolings and technologies, such as Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON, REST, CRUD, GraphQL
Experience with:
- RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSQL, etc.
- NoSQL such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
- Jira, Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, Git, Code Reviews; unit testing
