Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop AI chatbot
• Work on a chatbot framework/architecture using RASA, MS Recognizers, and other bleeding-edge tools
• Integration of chatbots with Management Dashboards and CRMs
• Resolve complex technical design issues by analyzing the logs, debugging code, and identifying technical issues/challenges/bugs in the process
• Deploy applications using CI/CD tools
• Design and build highly scalable AI and ML solutions
• Ability to work with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Open-minded, flexible, and willing to adapt to changing situations
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team and learn from colleagues
• Ability to deploy multi-lingual AI bots
• Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Come up with new approaches and ideas to improve the current performance of bots across multiple domains and build a highly personalized user experience

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience building and deploying chatbots
• Experience in Conversational AI platform for enterprises using ML and Deep Learning
• Should have a good understanding of various AI Chatbot frameworks/platforms/libraries
• Build and evolve/train NLP platform from natural language text data being gathered from users on a daily basis
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL (bonus points)
• Experience with working on public cloud services such as AWS (bonus points)

You must have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Chatbot Development using NLU tools like RASA
• Strong foundation in Node JS and python
• Experience with various chatbot frameworks, especially Rasa
• A strong understanding of other AI tools, models, and applications like GPT-3, TensorFlow, Spacy, Google Cloud ML is a BIG plus
• Experience with RESTful API services
• Enterprise security-minded
• Team-oriented attitude; we all succeed together!
• Good balance of GSD but willing to raise your hand when you're blocked
