What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with the US Space Force Integration Chief of PATS to execute a government led integration plan and implement digital engineering
- Providing senior technical guidance within teams of Government, Aerospace, support contractors, and other FFRDC personnel to monitor and evaluate contractor performance, identify technical and performance risks, and oversee mitigation activities
- Advising acquisition strategies and program decisions with a risk managed approach that ensures mission success and program success
- Collaborating with Aerospace technical and management colleagues across multiple organizations to provide technical support to PATS that advances Corporate goals for technology innovation and enterprise integration
- Taking initiative to establish cross-program and cross-mission connections, share lessons learned and improve techniques for agile mission assurance
- Mentoring Aerospace and customer staff
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
- 12 or more years of relevant scientific/engineering experience that includes technical and mission assurance experience for large and complex communication systems
- Experience as a principal completing high profile projects in a fast paced, high demand environment
- Ability to collaborate with government customers and contractors to deliver innovative technical and programmatic solutions
- Current top secret clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance

- Masters or PhD degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
- Technical expertise in multiple disciplines relevant to communication systems design, systems engineering and application of digital engineering concepts
