We’re looking for a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to work collaboratively with the product team in order to deliver our product in a quality manner. This individual would be a part of the project teams, looking out for potential quality risks. This would involve understanding the product and the customer use cases, and helping identify and resolve any potential defects before they are delivered.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to and execute testing plans for validating product features and releases
• Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
• Execute and improve regression testing plans via tools like TestRail and X-Ray
• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
• Research the current market for similar products and compare results
• Update appropriate communication channels frequently to inform the team in your progress

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in a QA or Product Engineering related role.
• Some experience with regression testing.
• Some experience using testing tools such as TestRail and X-Ray.
• Experience testing mobile and web applications.
