FabFitFun is seeking an experienced QA Support Manager with hands-on experience to join our growing QA team. This QA Support Manager will have the opportunity to manage and mentor a QA Support Team.

FabFitFun is seeking an experienced, hands-on QA Support Manager to join our growing QA team - which has doubled in size over the past year! As the QA Support Manager you will be managing support for all QA and Production issues and have the opportunity to lead and grow a team of QA Devops Engineers, QA Support and QA Delivery.

What you’ll do:

Manage QA Support across multiple projects and different business areas including Devops, and Production
Provide leadership in defining QA methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, best practices for support and releases
Manage the deployments, releases, and issues for all changes moving to QA
Collaborate with different teams on QA and Production Support as needed
Communicate effectively on all daily status
Lead and grow a team of QA Devops Engineers, QA Support and QA Delivery
Work Closely with the Devops teams and support team on deployment from and to QA

What you’ll bring:

7+ years of QA experience with various software testing methodologies including; unit, integration, functional, manual, load and regression
3+ years of management experience in QA Support or Devops Teams
Expert knowledge of quality assurance processes throughout the entire QA Lifecycle
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environment
Knowledge of utilizing test management tools (Jira,Testrail/TestLodge/Pivotal Tracker/Selenium)
Experience with Jenkins or other CI software and CD pipelines
Outstanding time management, prioritization, and independence as well as keen attention to detail.
Ability to work with cross-functionally with internal and distributed teams.
