FabFitFun is seeking an experienced QA Project Manager to join our growing QA team. This QA Project Manager will provide support to Product and Engineering teams by reviewing requirements and completion of code readiness in regard to QA for all upcoming projects. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will be managing projects that come into QA.

What you’ll do:

Drive and support the Product, DevOps and Engineering teams in developing test processes around releases, sprints, user stories and requirements development.
Manage documentation, planning activities, backlog management and communication strategies.
Review in-coming projects before they are handed off to the QA team for review and testing.
Collaborate with Development, Product and Release management teams on deploying changes to the QA Environment as needed.
Work with Engineering and Product teams to ensure proper test coverage and test plans are created.
Participate in improving project test processes, propose new ideas on how to improve customer satisfaction and quality of product.
Work with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the necessary test data is available on test environments.
Be able to create insightful KPI and metric reports per cross-functional team.

What you’ll bring:

8+ years of experience as a QA and Project Manager responsible for developing delivery strategies that include designing, planning and executing testing.
Expert knowledge of QA processes throughout the entire Project Lifecycle
Advanced knowledge in both functional/black-box testing and white/grey-box testing.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environment
Knowledge of utilizing test management tools (Jira/Testrail/TestLodge/Bugzilla/Rational)
Outstanding time management, prioritization, and independence as well as keen attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and distributed teams.

Nice to have:

Experience with Cross-browser and mobile testing.
Any knowledge or experience with test automation tools
Scrum Master experience
