SUMMARY: (General Summary of its function)

Ensuring that the product is in accordance with the standards and methods established by the company and/or the client as well as avoid the export of the non-conforming product. It is the authority responsible for retaining the non-compliant product in the process and finished product as well as releasing, after verification of compliance, any product previously identified as non-conforming. 

Main functions: (Detail of daily, periodic and eventual functions) 

1. Comply with the quality system requirements related to its function. 
2. Understanding by the quality system: Documentation, work method and expectations of the internal and external customer regarding a process, product or service. 
3. Inspect at different areas as incoming, fulfillment, production per designated methodologies and processes in place. 
4. Execute and enforce the provisions of the environment, health, and safety program. Perform the audit of product and surpluses, which includes audits of packaging, visual of the packed product delivered from designated areas. 
5. Retain and identify the non-conforming product (SKU), avoiding the use or exportation of the same. Inform the quality assurance lead/supervisor for the treatment (100% Inspection by Production) 
6. Communicate both to the production/fulfillment lead and to the production/fulfillment supervisor, about any non-compliance in the finished product. 
7. Correctly perform the visual audit method of each product. 
8. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. 
9. Prepare quality reports ensuring the integrity of the actual results obtained in their areas corresponding to the appearance and packaging audits and control of the rejected pallets, boxes, etc.… of the finished product.
