The successful Senior QA Engineer will be a creative, thorough software tester, determined to deliver high confidence about product quality to stakeholders and developers, a great communicator who can express findings clearly and succinctly and advocate and influence for good testing practices, and a capable, experienced contributor to test automation efforts.

You Will:

• Plan, design, and execute testing of software products including mobile apps, web apps, and internal company tools
• Help triage issues found in test efforts and in the field, providing a guiding voice about the urgency of fixes, and helping to devise potential solutions
• Help effectively prioritize efforts in a fast moving workflow where hard choices are always being made about the use of time 
• Write great bug reports, providing a great role model for others learning to do so
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and management, negotiating and communicating about timelines, risks, and tradeoffs
• Review and analyze requirements and user stories, providing feedback to influence towards better understanding and testability of features and changes
• Write automated test scripts, aid in the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test automation libraries and frameworks
• Identify and drive improvements to processes and workflows
• Participate in the hiring, training, and mentorship of QA engineers

You Have:

• A BS Degree in a computer science related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years software testing experience, 3+ years in the e-commerce space preferred
• Ability to write code in at least one programming language is absolutely required
