THE JOB:

RepairSmith’s Quality Assurance team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality for every software release by working closely with Development and Product Management to create Test Plans, Automation, and validate every iteration is defect free. Our team is looking for a QA Analyst to be a contributing member of a Kanban team to deliver incremental changes to the production environment daily with the guidance from Senior QA Engineers.

WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO:

Own: Maintaining an excellent quality standard for digital products leveraging QA Processes, and Automation.

 

Learn: QA Processes, Procedures, and Software Technologies

Improve: Customer expectations of quality in our digital products

 

WITHIN...

  • 1 month - This person will:
  • Become a subject matter expert in the product(s) you’re responsible for, manage and maintain test cases, and build a cadence of deploying incremental software changes daily.

  • 3 months - This person will:
  • Contribute meaningfully to the Test Suites and execute QA Regressions. Maintain the cadence of deploying software changes daily.

  • 6 months - This person will:
  • Gain meaningful understanding of software systems, deployment systems, and maintain the cadence of deploying software changes daily.
