Summary
Our team is growing, and we’re looking to add a QA Analyst that will bring their passion for mobile and help us improve our testing processes to ensure we are delivering innovative solutions and experiences for users across the globe.
You will work closely with the Director of Engineering, product managers and other engineers to help define quality criteria and quality metrics, and create specific use-case scripts to facilitate ad-hoc testing.
Responsibilities
- Predict user behaviors and identify edge case and problematic user flows by having a deep understanding of how the app works
- Write test plans and test cases for assigned features
- Ensure test planning, test framework, execution, and reporting is efficient
- Support with test coverage of multiple mobile based projects, while working with various teams to collect necessary information and provide feedback on quality issues
- Monitor, investigate and identify problems with production components, processes, help development diagnose and test fixes
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or related education
- 2+ years of QA experience
- Knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging
- Experience with object-oriented programming
- Experience with API testing (REST APIs)
