Team:

The Integrated Software organization builds SW systems that impact teams all across the company, from flight and launch systems, to our 3D printers. In this role, you would be helping to build a new Applications Software team. This team will build the crucial user interfacing applications that will allow our variety of engineering disciplines to interact with our 3D printing processes, vehicle telemetry, and vehicle software systems.

What you’ll do:

• Hire and build a strong team of front-end, backend, and full-stack developers.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align on requirements.
• Prioritize efforts to align with the biggest impact to the business.

What you need to know:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2+ years of experience managing a software team
• Familiarity in server side programming languages like Python or Java
• Familiarity with backend frameworks like Node.js

Nice to haves but not required:

• Familiarity with time-series and relational databases
• Familiarity with data visualization tools or frameworks
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary environments and multiple stakeholders
